Session Length

Sessions are scheduled to last a maximum of 50 minutes for workshops and/or presentations. Please plan on being at your room 5 minutes early to start setting up and be ready for the next speaker to arrive at 5 to the hour, thanks.

Audiovisual Equipment

Each room at Temple University has a LCD projector and screen. If you are using slides, you should bring your laptop computer to use, please don’t rely on the use of an Internet connection.  If you have difficulty getting your equipment to work with Temple’s BE PREPARED TO DO YOUR PRESENTATION *WITHOUT* SLIDES.

Selection Process

Proposals are to be submitted to the PodCamp Philly by Monday, September 19th 5pm.  Proposals will be accepted on the availability of space, topic, track, and quality of descriptions included in the proposal.  PodCamp Philly will be emailing all prospective speakers notification of acceptance, to request more information, or speaker wait list status the week of September 18th.

Please Note:

• Speakers are expected to bring their own handouts and/or necessary supplies required to the conference presentation.
• Presentations including more than one speaker must be explicitly stated.
• Sales pitches will NOT be accepted, thanks.
